Fortunately, most questions were about programming and our capstone project, where I had made significant contributions. This allowed me to confidently showcase my skills and turn my nerves into a strong dialogue about my potential contributions. The experience reinforced the value of stepping outside my comfort zone.

I’m truly grateful for the experiences and lessons I gained at Vishay Makati. Being part of a company that treats everyone like family was inspiring, even though the culture was initially a bit of a shock. We attended meetings every Wednesday to connect and report to our IC Team manager in America, took part in programming training, and participated in events. I also helped reduce the team’s workload by performing QA, user testing, managing the Go Live checklist, and updating knowledge base documents and service catalogs. These experiences shaped who I am today, and I’ll always treasure this journey
